Catherine Hudson, Broker and a Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Producer has won numerous awards as "Top Performer" and "Number One Agent". She was the first agent in a North Metro Atlanta  family-owned real estate company that grew to nearly 1400 agents. She started her career with Northside Realty (now Coldwell Banker) and in her first year of Real Estate,  she was counted and recorded amongst the elite 100 producers for the company.  Now, as owner of The Hudson Team and Senior Broker for Atlanta's Finest, Catherine is able to share her wealth of experience, motivational skills and results-oriented drive with agents and clients alike. She has been actively involved in several community outreach service projects including public radio, volunteering for the Parks and Recreation department, the Kidstuf Christian Kids Program and building houses with Habitat for Humanity. Catherine has lived throughout metro Atlanta and currently happily resides in the suburban city of Roswell with her husband and son.

Randy Hudson, Partner and Team Mentor, uses his exceptional educational background to be the "nuts and bolts" of the Hudson Team. He is an Atlanta native and has had multiple national speaking engagements on a variety of subjects and has consulted with diverse groups of clients to facilitate personal and professional growth. He brings to the team invaluable project management skills and brilliant communication and marketing abilities. Randy is a member of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council (MARC) and actively involved in the relocation industry throughout the country. On a personal note, Randy plays competitive basketball with several leagues and lives in Roswell with his wife and son.

Jenni Rainwater, REALTOR, is an Atlanta native with extensive real estate expertise working on two top-producing Atlanta teams. Jenni has a versatile sales record selling both in-town condominiums and million dollar plus single-family homes. She has vast experience working with relocation buyers moving to Atlanta from throughout the United States. As a UGA graduate, Jenni is a avid Bulldog fan. Her community involvement ranges from "Daughters of the American Revolution" to the volunteer work with local civic associations. Most of Jenni's family is actively involved in the Real Estate or relocation industry. Jenni and her husband reside in the Buckhead/ Garden Hills neighborhood of Atlanta.

Mary Shea, Office Manager, is a graduate of Flagler College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business Administration and Accounting.  In 1995 Mary and her husband relocated with Johnson Controls to the Atlanta area. She has found an opportunity with the Hudson Team that will allow her to use her exceptional organizational talents and skills while keeping family first. Mary guides our clients through the transaction from the point of contract to receiving the keys at the closing table. She is the welcomed voice of wisdom and comfort during the stressful closing time-period.  Mary resides in Cherokee county with her husband and three young children.

Between mortgage and real estate business, team affiliate, Carol Hudson McCraw has closed or sold literally hundreds of homes and millions of dollars worth of closings. She continues to refer the team the creme de la creme of clients while advising the perfect strategies for their long term real estate satisfaction. Carol has never met a stranger. Her friendliness, business confidence and dynamic presence enhance any transition with which she is involved. Carol has been an affiliate with the team since the beginning- helping create and nourish a a multi-million dollar producer. She currently resides in East Cobb County with her daughter and husband, a Cobb County  police officer.
